only a year ago, i would have asked or wanted a lot of things for my birthday. mp3, new com, new phone, new this, new that, etc.

but now everything seems so materialistic. my mom keeps pestering me on what i want for my birthday

and i honestly don't know. i can't think of anything that she can buy, that would satisfy me

everything that i want now is intangible, which money cannot buy

so much has changed
